NEW YEAR

Is there anybody who can dispel "The tradition of all dead generations weighs like a nightmare on the brains of the living." I like tradition but just as a guide. When you need it, it would be nice to invoke the entitlement of parents tradition but what good would it bring if that was a stake in the heart of someone else? Being dispassionate about others because their pain doesn't reach you is a form of shitness. Like that constantly craving thing - isn't there a place in between the craving and what makes sense? Oh boy! I could delineate what would be a touchstone moment in my life just spending an afternoon with no constraints with a certain 40ish courageous person that personifies the celebration of life to me. Crave it? More like visualize it and get some of the rewards from just imagining it. That doesn't rule out making it happen because it will happen. But until that time, today is pokin' at me and it has this original flavor that mollifies. Give of your best to the master - it's never too late. Why people tear the seams of other one's dreams is over my head.
