The new enterprise would spit out solar panels for installation on homes and businesses which applied and you put a cherry on the top and it's recession? what recession? . The other was recovery bonds at 5% per annum guaranteed by the Fed. All that 401k money would get off the sidelines and payoff govennment debt while beefing up retirement dough for victims of the fraud who got fewked by the WS boyz.
