The reason Sherri will never forget the time and place where she first saw the Winiker painting is because it was the day she found out her date was actually her brother. She had just graduated college and took time off from job hunting to be with a friend who live in TriBeCa and was having a really tough time getting over 911. They were just friends (no benefits) and during the short stay, Sherri met Hank who was immediately taken by Sherri's looks, humor, smarts - the whole package. He invites Sherri to a cocktail party given by his boss and at that party she runs into Carlos who she met during a job interview which resulted in neither one getting the job. Hank interrupts the small talk going on between Carlos & Sherri to show her his all-time favorite work of art hanging in the other room. It was during that conversation that Hank mentioned his Dad who remarkably turns out to be Sherri's dad, too. Bad news: No further romantic possibilities between Sherri and Hank. Good news: They became close, tremendously close from that day forward. Back to Viaggi's deck party. Things wrap up, Sherri and her friends head out and it's just Lily and Viaggi looking out at the lake and Lily turns to Viaggi and asks "Is Jeff attached?" "Viaggi says "He's divorced but he still carries a torch for his ex in a big way." Lily smiles and says "Say it isn't so".
