
Stepping around the corner, into the weathered doorway, Glenson knew he was in the needed window of time. Only a few of the other gatherers and none of the hunters turned his way momentarily, nervous about what was about to happen. He found a place to stand off to the left of the open area and he noticed a few revelators wearing t-shirts doctored with pinking shear cuts, creating necklines and belly flaunters. Ho-hum. It was random coincidence that he was here. He just happened to catch the announcement with the corner of his eye and skeptical, he nonetheless cancelled his plans for the night so he could be here. There was a time when he'd have no interest in this planned pre-announced idea but thankfully, Glenson made sure he didn't blow this one off. With fewer and fewer bodies coming in from outside, the excitement in the room was palpable and the murmuring became noticeably louder. Maybe this really would be the night, the kind of occurrence that only happens once in a lifetime.
