Wonder if that's all it takes to correct any mental shortcomings. There's visualization; there's be all you can be; there's mind over matter; there's force yourself to choose good. I'm no longer willing to do hard stuff that I can pay someone to do, maybe that's a candidate for trying this kind of mind re-programming.
