NEW YEAR

Her premise was that The Great Recession is forcing spouses the endure each other when out-the-door is the reality. We were not meant to live so long so "'til death. . .part" is no longer relevant. It sold books. Then there's the counter that once you've found true love it survives even after your demise to dwell in eternity, love forever. Makes more sense. Matter is indestructible, love = matter. Don't gimme that "then you love a ghost" when your lover dies first, because that drunk in the back of the chuch stood up when the preacher asked if anyone experienced the love of a ghost because the drunk thought he said "love of a goat". Ba-dum-bump. Waking up and spending each day with the one you love then falling asleep with her only to repeat it once more is not like Groundhog Day - more like heaven BEFORE the dirt nap (or ash in a vase, if you're that declined). I realize that writing this with a cuckoo image cranked out via photoshop may not seem like part of heaven, but cross my heart. Bigger than a peterfor. Love happens.
